Volunteering with the Nova Scotia SPCA

Volunteers across the province are integral to the Nova Scotia SPCA. Volunteers can:

  • Work directly with animals by volunteering at a shelter or becoming a foster parent
  • Become a committee member - we have many different committees from education to finance
  • Help at fundraising events
  • Join the Board of Directors
  • Become Special Constables to assist with cruelty investigation across the province
